Skipping meals can lead to stress which in turn can lead to binge eating.  You’ve got serious self-control but when you let go you really let go.  You’re very fond of traditional food like meat and two veg, and your great weakness is puddings with cream.  Your tendency to gloom and doom can also adversely affect your eating habits but you can beat the blues with exercise. Replace the chips with more salads and pick up a healthy snack on your way to work, that way you won’t have to leave your desk at lunch time. 

STARLIFE - AQUARIUS - you’re a brainy sign but you get so involved in what you’re doing you often go too long between meals then end up shovelling down far too much.  You also hate to follow the herd so when most folk are giving up meat and dairy produce you can bet you’ll suddenly start pigging in down.  You find fads irresistible - you name it you’ve tried it - when you stop a diet and the pounds pile on off you go in pursuit of another.  Use your curiosity to bone up on nutrition so you can judge if a diet is truly appropriate. Simplifying your food - the purer the better - and  eat regular meals. Fortunately you’re strong minded enough to shift weight if you really must and you’re active enough to burn the calories. 

STARLIFE - PISCES - happiest in the emotional realm you tend to ignore your body so your eating times and habits are, to say the least, irregular.  Hit a hitch and you reach for a bevvy to numb your feelings but swinging between extremes can suck you into a cycle of binge and diet.  Alcohol, drugs and food with too many additives also cause calorific mayhem. Your guiding principle should be moderation, try saying no to another drink.  Get some order into your day’s eating starting with a proper, healthy breakfast and if you don’t feel hungry, no matter, educate yourself into eating by the clock.
